While the famous navigation application has long been usable in recent cars via Apple CarPlay and Audroid Auto, it is now directly integrated into the Renault Mégane E-Tech and Austral interface.

It is therefore no longer necessary to connect your smartphone to the car, whether wired or wireless, to use this application which allows you to know the traffic conditions in real time.

Provided you have the OpenR Link interface with integrated Google, all you have to do is download Waze in this interface (or from the My Renault application) to create an account or connect to your Waze account.

Virtual SIM card

Free, this integration of Waze on board the Renault Mégane E-Tech and Austral works with a virtual SIM card and is displayed on the large screen of the central console.

On the other hand, this system does not make it possible to display the display on the instrument cluster as is the case with the on-board GPS.
