Belarus adopted in the first reading a draft on responsibility for fakes about the army

This was announced by the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus in its Telegram channel.

It is noted that appropriate changes are proposed to be made to the disposition of Article 369-1 of the Criminal Code of Belarus.

The report says that this will be a preventive measure for the dissemination of deliberately false data about the Armed Forces of Belarus and other power structures of the country.

Also, the parliament of the republic adopted in the first reading the relevant bill on the introduction of the death penalty for officials for high treason.
