This text is part of a series of bills that Marine Le Pen's group has placed on the agenda of its parliamentary "niche" on January 12 in the hemicycle.

Among these are also measures for "purchasing power", against "punitive ecology" and for school and college uniforms.

On the other hand, no text on immigration, the group relying instead on amendments to the bill prepared by the government on this subject.

For the reintegration of non-vaccinated caregivers, the RN chose to take up an LFI bill brought by MP Caroline Fiat, rather than defending its own text which would be less likely to be adopted.

The RN, however, failed to get one of its own, MP Frédéric Falcon, to be appointed co-rapporteur.

The other groups opposed it in a vote on Tuesday in committee.

The elected LFI Caroline Fiat "will remain the only rapporteur", underlined her group in a press release.

"The text will therefore be examined during the RN niche; if they wish to leave us half of their niche, it's up to them," added the rebellious.

"Not that!" Reacted on Twitter the former communist presidential candidate Fabien Roussel to the idea that LFI could defend his text in the time allotted to the far-right party, suggesting possible strategic turmoil in the within the left-wing Nupes coalition.

"Unprecedented and unworthy", tweeted for his part the boss of the presidential party Renaissance Stéphane Séjourné, accusing "the far left and the Nupes" of taking "a new step in their honeymoon with the Lepenists".

The truncated examination of this bill, during the day reserved for LFI on November 24, had created great tensions.

The oppositions seemed on the verge of being able to adopt it, but the presidential camp, opposed to this measure, had played for time by extending the debates until midnight, the cut-off time.

Opposition from all sides had castigated "obstruction" and "contempt".

Marine Le Pen explained on Tuesday that she had decided to resume examining the text where she left off.

From the start of its day on January 12, the RN will also defend a proposal aimed at “encouraging companies to increase net salaries by 10%”, via a freeze on employer contributions for such an increase, “up to three Smic” .

Against "punitive ecology", the far-right group also suggests eliminating "low emission zones".

The RN also wants to impose a uniform "in public schools and colleges".

To "avoid the pressure" of "Islamists", but also to end the "competition for the most expensive, most luxurious, most fashionable clothes", pleaded Marine Le Pen.

Finally, other RN texts, which should not have time to be examined, propose to introduce proportional representation in legislative elections, to modify the "unfair" calculation of the household waste collection tax, and to " establish a presumption of self-defence" for law enforcement.

"If there are useful texts which are proposed, we will vote for them", assured the boss of the deputies Les Républicains Olivier Marleix.
