It is noted that three NGOs in Ukraine have submitted "similar proposals with similar costs" for USAID grants.

"The Office of the Inspector General is investigating allegations of fraud and corruption under the US-funded foreign aid program," RIA Novosti quoted the report as saying.

The material also said that the actions of organizations are regarded as a "potential collusion" aimed at "compromising the process of awarding grants."
