Stefan Wessberg says that the nursing home undeniably had shortcomings, but believes that the staff showed sufficient negligence in this case and left John Walter unattended.

- It seems that many have had the idea that it is like in work environment violations, where you always look at the management and then you go down in the hierarchy.

He continues:

- You don't do that in this type of criminal case, but here you look at who was negligent, says Stefan Wessberg.
