The death toll from a landslide in Colombia has risen to 34

The Colombian authorities announced yesterday that the landslide that occurred in the northwest of the country last Sunday and buried a passenger bus and a number of cars, killing 34 people, including eight miners, while nine other people are receiving treatment.



The Colombian Department of Emergency Services said in a statement that due to the heavy rains, part of the mountain collapsed and buried many vehicles that were traveling on a road located below, including a public transport bus with 33 people on board, a car carrying six people and a motorcycle with two people on board. .
