Students at the ABB high school in Västerås want more girls to study technology: "We are as good as the boys"

As early as 1842, technology pioneer Ada Lovelace foresaw what the computers of the future could do.

Despite that, women are a minority in occupations with technology.

In order to get more girls and non-binary people to understand that it is fun to work with technology, Rebecca Stafford and Lavin Bamarni, both students at ABB high school, invited girls from the junior high school to try out the technology subject.

- I myself would have liked to have tested the practical a little more.

It brings out the interest that you may already have, says Rebecca Stafford.
