On Tuesday morning, Värmlandstrafik's first bus went from the Inre hamn stop to Regionens hus.
But it is only on December 11 that the merger really comes into effect and in connection with that a number of different changes will take place.
- We will bring together our websites into a common one, which will have more broad and total content, says Mattias Bergh.
The express bus line is being expanded
The express bus line that runs between Stora Torget and Rud's exchange point in Karlstad will also be expanded and extended westwards past the hospital to Jakobsberg.
The goal is for the bus line to continue across the river to Bergvik's shopping area in a few years.
- The idea is that we will build faster and more efficient public transport, says Mattias Bergh.
