The aircraft started in Ronneby in Blekinge and flew around the Scania coast on Tuesday afternoon.

"Formation flying - Christmas tree flying - is a good exercise for the fighter divisions to plan and execute flying in larger formation for a longer period of time.

It is also a way for the Air Force to show presence, as a guarantor of the citizens' safety against external threats, in places where the Armed Forces may not be seen very often," writes the Armed Forces on its website.
