Putin increased the number of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia by more than 27 thousand people

"To establish the maximum staffing of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation ... from January 1, 2023 in the amount of 922,061 units, including 770,599 employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, 17,823 federal state civil servants, 133,639 employees," - stated in the decree.

Earlier, Putin noted the courageous and decisive work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.
