“A criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (performance of work that does not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers),” the statement says.
According to the agency, on December 5, in a residential building on Kuznetsova Street, Leninsky District, there was a burst of household gas, as a result of which a 40-year-old local resident was injured.
Earlier it was reported that a gas explosion occurred in a residential building in Yaroslavl, the roof collapsed.
