Lieutenant Ola Al-Jaludi, who serves in the traffic department in the Jordanian capital as a detachment officer, has become the most famous personality on social media platforms in Jordan, after she appeared trying to persuade a young man to refrain from committing suicide.

The policewoman, Ola Al-Jaludi, noticed while she was working one day that a young man was trying to commit suicide from the Al-Shaab Bridge in Amman.

So she went to talk to him to discourage him from committing suicide, which she succeeded in, before sitting on the ground and crying from the horror of the situation.

The policewoman says that she tried to absorb the young man's anger to prevent him from committing suicide, confirming that she used her method to save the young man and prevent him from committing suicide.

The policewoman, Ola, is known to the people of Amman for her activity, vitality, and smile as she organizes walks in the streets of Amman.

The data of the Department of Statistics showed an increase in the number of suicide cases in Jordan for the year 2021 by 10% to 186 cases, compared to 2020, when it recorded 169 cases.
