Cercanías Madrid trains

will not stop in Sol until December 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

, Cercanías has reported through its Twitter profile.

"From December 2 to 11 (both inclusive) between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., the Sol station will remain closed and the trains will not stop," it is detailed through the social network.

The measure is adopted "in compliance with the government measures adopted regarding transport and mobility."

As of this Saturday,

the special Christmas feature in the Metro has been activated until January 8

, with an increase in trains of up to 50% on some lines and reinforcement of personnel in the most central stations.

The increase in convoys will affect lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 on weekdays and, especially, on Fridays and weekends.

This year, and at the request of the Municipal Police, the trains will not stop nor will it be possible to access the Sol station on days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, December 30 and 31, as well as January 5 and 7, between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Additionally, due to the pre-grapes and the end of the year chimes,

on December 30 the stop will also close after 9:00 p.m.

, while on December 31 it will stop operating from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. after 9 p.m.

There will also be changes to the Madrid Metro schedule on Christmas Eve, when its service will end at 9:30 p.m., while on
