He also said that Biden did not mean that now is the time for negotiations on the situation in Ukraine.
Earlier, Biden announced his readiness to negotiate with the Russian leader on the completion of the special operation in Ukraine, if Putin makes such a decision.
The Kremlin said that the United States is setting such conditions for negotiations on Ukraine that Moscow is not ready to agree to, in particular, this concerns the requirement to "leave Ukraine."
