Russia at the OSCE Ministerial Council declared a demarche due to the non-admission of Lavrov to Poland

This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich on the air of the Russia 24 TV channel. 

“We made an official demarche at the plenary sessions.

We were certainly supported by our allies," TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, called Poland's decision to prevent Lavrov from participating in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting insane.

The Russian Foreign Ministry also said that Poland's decision to refuse Lavrov's participation in the OSCE Ministerial Council on December 1-2 is unprecedented and provocative.
