It is noted that the majority of pharmacists (75%) daily encounter clients who do not know which drug they need.

As the experts explained, sometimes pharmacy employees are faced with unusual questions, for example: “Give me the green pills from the advertisement”, “Make a diagnosis, as there is a queue in the hospital.”

In addition, there were also such questions: “Is it possible to drink the contents of the ampoules?”, “Can I only have one tablet?”, “Do you have batteries in the pharmacy?”

Most often, according to the survey, Russians complain of a sore throat and cough (92%), headache (74%) and fever (64%).

Less often, a pharmacy asks for drugs for pain in the joints (54%) and stomach (39%), allergies (35%) and for bruises or sprains (32%), according to a study by the SBER EAPTEKA service.

As the experts added, usually a pharmacist is asked to give a specific drug (83%) or find a cheaper analogue of a drug (75%).

Other frequent requests are to decipher the handwriting of the attending physician and find an analogue of the missing drug (64% each).

Approximately a third of clients are asked to prescribe treatment, although only a doctor can do this (35%).

Earlier it became known that prices for vital drugs for the year changed by 2.3%, which is lower than the inflation rate in Russia.
