　　First, the United States is the initiator and master of coercive diplomacy.

The total military expenditure of the United States ranks first in the world, equivalent to the total military expenditure of the next nine countries.

The United States has not fought a war in only 16 of the past 250 years since its founding, and it has more than 800 overseas military bases around the world.

The United States has launched military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and other countries, causing countless humanitarian tragedies.

American military aircraft and warships frequently travel around the world to show off their might.

It is clear who is undermining international and regional security and stability.

　　China has always pursued an independent foreign policy of peace, never engaged in coercion, and never spread false information.

The US should immediately stop its smear attacks on China.

Maintaining a healthy and stable Sino-US relationship requires the joint efforts of both sides.

It is hoped that the U.S. and China will meet each other halfway, fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, and jointly establish a correct way for the two major countries to get along with each other.
