It was around 9 pm on Wednesday evening that several witnesses witnessed the incident that took place outside, and called the police.
They saw a 35-year-old man kicking and punching a younger man in his early teens.
The abused had to be taken to hospital by ambulance and due to his injuries has not yet been able to be interviewed by the police.
The extent of the injury is unknown.
The man who assaulted and who ran from the scene could be arrested by the police after a while.
He is currently suspected of aggravated assault.
The motive is still unknown.
