“The building of the city administration was damaged again,” Kulemzin said.

According to him, eyewitnesses also reported a broken gas pipeline and damaged cars.

Earlier, the representative office of the DPR in the JCCC stated that an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was killed as a result of the shelling of Donetsk by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Grad MLRS.
