“At 5:37 a.m., the railway workers restored the movement of trains on the Bolshaya Volga – Competition of the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway, disrupted as a result of an accident with a truck,” the statement said.
It is noted that two recovery trains and 80 employees of the Moscow Railway took part in the elimination of the consequences of the accident.
They returned the car to the rails, removed the train from the haul and carried out work to restore the railway infrastructure.
Earlier it became known that two train cars derailed at a crossing in the Moscow region due to the departure of the truck.
After the accident, the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection.
