The official Weibo of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council released a post on the same day that this is the first large-scale cross-strait youth exchange event after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. A series of activities such as the Strait Meteorological Youth Meeting, the Fujian-Taiwan Talent Cooperation Forum, and the Strait Township Creation and Life Festival.
According to reports, the 10th Straits Youth Festival will be themed with "Integration and Development of Cultural Inheritance" and take "10 Years of Haiqing · 10 Brands · 10 Stories" as the main line. This activity covers many fields such as Chinese traditional culture, digital China, Fuma common homeland, rural construction and rural creation, talent work, etc. At the same time, 1756 jobs in 155 units are released to Taiwan youths, and a number of sports, music and other specialties have been established. The Taiyou Entrepreneurship and Employment Base provides more convenience for Taiwanese youths to study, work, start a business and live in the mainland.
At present, 20 activities have been successfully held, attracting nearly 2,000 Taiwanese youths to participate directly online and offline.
Since the first event was held in 2013, the Straits Youth Festival has held a total of 265 cross-strait youth exchange activities through a combination of concentrated activities and series of activities, attracting 30,000 cross-strait youths to participate, and has become a "golden sign" for cross-strait youth exchanges It has become an important platform for Taiwanese youth to come to the mainland to pursue, build and realize their dreams.
