“To dismiss in December 2022 from military service citizens called up for mobilization, studying full-time and part-time forms of education in educational and scientific organizations ... and receiving education at the appropriate level for the first time,” reads the decree published on the website of the head of the republic .
It is clarified that citizens who do not want to quit will be provided with academic leave for the entire period of service under the contract.
Earlier, the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, signed a decree on the dismissal of mobilized graduate students from military service.
