The new agreement is written for 15 years.

According to Claes Havimäki, it has been a long process with many questions on the negotiating table.

- But now we are at the finish line and it feels good.

I have great respect for the wishes that Fortum and the association raised during the process.

It is Fortum that owns the premises in Dejefor's old power station, but the place has been used since 2013 by Ullerud's theater actors who run an art gallery and café there.

And Forshaga municipality acts as an intermediary.

Not everyone is happy

But the manager of the cultural arena, Linn Stönstebö Mossberg, is not satisfied with the new agreement.

To NWT she says:

- We are not satisfied at all.

There is nothing better in the new agreement and we are committing to increased costs for next year and have not received a single krone in guarantee beyond our usual operating support.

According to her, the association has nevertheless signed the new lease in order to receive the operating support for next year.

SVT is looking for a representative for the cultural association, but has not received a response.
