It is to find out that the administrative court of Nantes ordered a judicial expertise, reports Le Journal du Pays Yonnais.

The deceased, "hospitalized at his request" on February 29, 2020 according to the words of the family relayed by the weekly, was found two days later "hanging from the handle of the bathroom door".
He suffered from an “anxio-depressive syndrome” and had “suicidal thoughts”.
It was his relatives who requested an expertise in April 2022 to better understand what happened.

An expert has therefore been appointed and will have to submit his conclusions by March 31, 2023. He must in particular "gather all the elements necessary to determine whether errors, breaches or negligence have been committed" by the hospital establishment.
