At the moment, we are studying the received statement of claim and will protect our interests within the legal framework, ”the statement says.
The company noted that Gazprom Export does not recognize the violation of contracts and the legitimacy of Uniper's stated claims for damages.
Earlier it was reported that the German company Uniper is suing Gazprom Export to compensate for losses from the short supply of gas from Russia.
