French National Assembly called on the Cabinet of Ministers to impose sanctions against Azerbaijan

“The government should consider imposing personal economic sanctions if attacks against Armenia continue,” the resolution says.

Another point of the resolution concerns the need for an international investigation into war crimes that could have been committed against Armenian servicemen and civilians.

Earlier, Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev spoke out against France's participation in the peace process between Baku and Yerevan.
