The agency notes that the US Air Force plans to introduce a new generation bomber for the first time in 34 years.
The B-21 Raider is expected to take off in 2023.
In December 2021, the Federation of American Scientists announced that by 2025, 480 new tactical nuclear bombs in the B61-12 modification will be produced in the United States.
They are designed to equip the B-2 Spirit and B-21 Raider strategic stealth bombers, as well as other European fighter-bombers.
