This is stated in the message of the government of Moldova.

“To protect citizens, the Moldovan police, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations and the Border Police have prepared a guide with recommendations in the event of a power outage,” the ministry said.

It is noted that the instructions are developed separately for drivers, pedestrians and people who were in buildings at the time of outages.

On November 23, Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu said that some settlements in the country, including Chisinau, were out of power.

All Moldovan police officers were mobilized to maintain public order in connection with massive power outages.

According to the President of the Republic, Maia Sandu, all state institutions of Moldova worked to restore the supply of electricity.
