During a government meeting, Mishustin said that Russian budget revenues for January-September were higher than expected.

“They grew by 10% compared to the same period last year and approached 20 trillion rubles,” Mishustin said.

He added that spending increased by 5.5%, to about 19.5 trillion rubles.

As the prime minister clarified, this is also due to the growth of payments within the framework of the state's social obligations to the Russians.

Mishustin also said that the sanctions did not violate the macroeconomic stability of Russia.
