“As a result of searches conducted in the apartment and garage of the defendant, the transport police seized about 10 kg of synthetic drugs from illegal circulation,” the agency’s website says.

It is noted that a 22-year-old resident of Ussuriysk was an employee of one of the shops selling synthetic drugs and was engaged in obtaining drugs through logistics companies, packing them and sending them to other regions of the Far East.

He will wait for a decision in the pre-trial detention center, the department noted.

On November 22, Andrei Zarubin, deputy head of the drug control department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the capital, said that the Moscow police recorded about 8,000 drug crimes and seized more than 900 kg of drugs since the beginning of the year.
