The Volvo C40 and XC40 Recharge evolve to offer even more autonomy.
Until now, customers could choose between two versions: Single Motor (231 hp, front-wheel drive, 67 kWh battery) and Twin Motor (408 hp, 4-wheel drive and 75 kWh battery).
All this with a range of between 400 and 430 km.
Propulsion
Volvo now offers three versions: Single Motor and small battery, Single Motor and large battery, and Twin Motor with large battery.
For the first two, the engine goes to the rear (which makes it a propulsion) and gains in power: 238 or 252 hp depending on the battery selected.
Nothing changes for the Twin Motor version.
Result: the Volvo XC40 and C40 Recharge Single Motor offer up to 100 km more autonomy depending on the version.
