A 48-year-old man with a masked face entered a company in Nègrepelisse (Tarn-et-Garonne) with a machete in his hand, last Wednesday, reveals
La Dépêche du Midi
this Sunday.
It was 7:30 a.m. when the forties arrived at the premises of a carpentry, before threatening the workshop foreman by placing the machete under his throat.
“Last warning, leave the department otherwise…”, he would have threatened before quietly leaving the scene.
Even if the man had taken care to hide his face with a scarf, he was recognized by the eleven employees present that morning.
It would be a man who had carried out a last interim mission within the company last April.
There is currently no explanation for his action.
Released under judicial supervision
The gendarmes apprehended the alleged attacker the evening of the facts in Albias.
The individual was brought before the Montauban court on Friday and then released under strict judicial control.
He will be summoned to court next February.
