Mayor of Kyiv Klitschko did not rule out partial evacuation of residents to the suburbs

“We must be prepared for the fact that shutdowns may be until spring,” the mayor said in an interview with the Ukrainian media.

“This is a temporary relocation of people of certain categories to the suburbs, where services can be located,” Klitschko said.
