“We have not received a proper and meaningful response to the submitted documents and evidence that shed light on the true nature of the interaction between the Pentagon and its contractors and the Ukrainian side in the field of military and biological activities,” he said, speaking to the states parties to the Convention on prohibition of biological weapons in Geneva.
