According to the document, the loss of exports to Western countries and Ukraine "should be compensated" by increasing its presence in the markets of Russia, China, the countries of the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. 

"It is planned to increase the volume of deliveries to Russia by 6.5%, China - by 15%, African countries - by 10%," the decree says.

It is also noted that as a result, the positive balance of foreign trade will amount to $1.6 billion.

On November 15, Lukashenka, at a meeting with the governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Alexei Teksler, said that Belarusian enterprises plan to expand their work on the Russian market.
