This is currently happening all over Ukraine and, according to Sundström, Russia is trying to weaken the Ukrainian will to resist and force people to flee.
- But it is also the case that they hope to weaken Ukraine in general by making life miserable.
Without water, heat and electricity, it is not possible to live a normal life.
Then one might hope that the Western countries, including Sweden, which have so far provided Ukraine with materiel to defend itself against Russia, that that will will gradually thin out and that Ukraine will no longer receive the help it needs.
