Ukrainian media reported on the promise of the National Bank of Ukraine to Washington to curtail the issue of the hryvnia

It is specified that the issue of the hryvnia has been deployed since the beginning of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.

In October, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on the procedure for the nationalization of systemically important banks during martial law in the country.
