The fact that there were three people who became this year's chest nurse is unique, but also that they are all from the same department is something special, says Christine Näslund.
- That there are three of us from the same small clinic at a county hospital, it feels even more amazing, she says.
"Wants to be enough for everyone"
When the trio is asked about challenges in their profession, the answers sound similar.
Helene Lind says that it can be difficult to find enough time.
At the same time, Christine Näslund says that she sometimes does not feel sufficient because she wants to do everything she can for the patient.
And Susanne Söder tells us that a challenge is to have enough for everyone - and to be at hand and follow up in the way she wants.
Despite challenges at work, it is these three women who have been named breast nurse of the year this year for their work with breast cancer patients at the oncologist at Sundsvall hospital.
