A train has gone off the tracks in the province of Caserta, between Mignano Montelungo and Tora Presenzano.

So scared but there are no injuries among the passengers on board.

The passengers felt a crash, possibly with a tree that had fallen due to bad weather.

The jolt that made it go off the rails was clearly felt, but fortunately the carriages did not overturn.

The train left Cassino at 18.05 for Caserta.

It is stationary in the fields and the passengers have been conveyed into the last carriage to await help.

Trenitalia staff informed passengers that the cause of the "diversion" was a landslide that fell on the tracks, dragging mud and trees.
