  • Ukraine, in particular its capital kyiv, is gradually regaining light, after power cuts linked to Russian strikes on electricity infrastructure on Wednesday.

    “We are gradually moving away from cuts, and every hour we are reconnecting electricity for new consumers,” detailed Volodymyr Zelensky.

  • To help Ukraine, French diplomacy announced the dispatch of 100 generators with a power of 50 to 100KWA to Romania.

    They will then be handed over to the Ukrainian authorities in the coming days to support civilians, who are facing power cuts as winter descends on the country.

  • Russia has distributed 80,000 Russian passports in four areas of Ukraine that it claims to have attached to its territory.

    These annexations are not recognized by the international community.
