In Kherson, half of the inhabitants are still without electricity.

Authorities recommend leaving the city for shelter, and the governor of the southern region of Kherson has announced the evacuation of patients.

No respite for the inhabitants of Kherson and the regions liberated by Ukrainian soldiers.

The bombardments targeting civilians are continuous.

Fifteen civilians died on Friday evening in Kherson, 35 were injured including a child in a series of strikes that hit " 

private houses and high-rise buildings 

", according to Galyna Lugova, head of the city's military administration. .

Two weeks after the withdrawal of forces from Moscow, Russia is bombarding these territories continuously, targeting civilian infrastructure and in particular hospitals.

The region's military official announced in the middle of the afternoon on Telegram that the evacuation of patients was underway.

Earlier this week, the government had urged the population of Kherson and Mykolaiv to leave these areas for safer parts of the country - safer and more habitable - with the destruction of the occupier raising fears that it would be difficult to cross the 'winter.

These fears are growing, with the bombing of hospitals now, and the lack of water and electricity.

Even if after the liberation, many inhabitants prefer to stay.
