“The government has decided to ban the export of fuel wood,” says Shmyhal’s Telegram channel.
According to him, there is a need to accumulate firewood as the main resource for heating.
He added that there were no thermal and hydroelectric power plants left in the country that had not yet been hit.

On November 23, three nuclear power plants operating in Ukraine were disconnected from the country's energy system.
The South Ukrainian and Rivne NPPs were in emergency shutdown mode, and the Khmelnytsky NPP was switched off.
