Zhang Xin, a graphic visual committee member of the Ministry of Education’s Art Instruction Committee, said that these intriguing, traditional and youthful creative works are rich in the emotional expression of young people on both sides of the strait for the city of Shanghai and for the time-honored intangible cultural heritage.
