On the afternoon of November 23, the "11·21" extremely serious fire accident investigation team of Henan Anyang Kaixinda Trading Co., Ltd. of the State Council held the first plenary meeting in Anyang.
Song Yuanming, the leader of the investigation team of the State Council and vice minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, put forward specific requirements for the investigation work.
The meeting emphasized that the accident investigation work should conscientiously implement the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Explain the cause of the accident, identify the responsibility objectively and accurately, put forward handling suggestions based on facts, and seriously investigate the responsibility according to law.
