China News Agency, Beijing, November 23. Comprehensive news: On the morning of the 23rd local time, explosions occurred at two bus stations in the direction of Jerusalem's entry into the city. One person was killed and 18 were injured, two of whom were seriously injured.

According to the "Times of Israel" report, at around 7 o'clock that day, the first explosion occurred at a bus station at the main entrance from the west of Jerusalem into the direction of Jerusalem, during the commuting rush hour.

Within about half an hour, another explosion occurred at another station.

The Jerusalem Post, citing a preliminary judgment by Israeli police, said the first explosion appeared to have been caused by a bomb placed in a bag near the bus.

The bomb was detonated remotely, and the bus was riddled with holes and shrapnel scattered around it.

Jerusalem police chief Kobi Shabtai said police would search every bus in Jerusalem and use sniffer dogs across the country to search for explosives.

He added that police were investigating whether more than one terrorist was involved in the attack.

Tensions in the Palestinian-Israeli region have intensified recently.

The Times of Israel reported that there have been several attacks in Jerusalem in recent months, mainly in the Old City.
