According to RIA Novosti with reference to the dev.ua portal, the Ukrainian Starlink was registered in 2011, and the application for registration was submitted in 2010.
It is noted that American representatives contacted the Ukrainian company with a demand to abandon the brand last year.
The owner of Starlink admitted the possibility of negotiations with colleagues from the United States, but on the condition that SpaceX compensate for losses against the backdrop of abandoning the brand.
The first court hearing in the case is scheduled for December 8.
Earlier, the head of Space X, Elon Musk, said that the work of 11,000 out of 25,000 Starlink satellite Internet terminals in Ukraine is paid for by a number of countries, organizations and individuals.
In early November, another batch of 1,570 Starlink satellite communication terminals was delivered to Ukraine from Poland.
