"Blinken and Secretary General Stoltenberg discussed ... continuing assistance to Ukraine, strengthening the deterrent and defense of the alliance, and increasing its resilience," the State Department said in a statement.
Blinken and Stoltenberg also expressed support for the process of Finland and Sweden joining NATO.
