Johan Pehrson's (L) statement received sharp criticism from SD.

The party's economic policy spokesperson, Oscar Sjöstedt (SD), believes that Pehrson is violating the Tidö Agreement.

- Yes, of course he does.

It's not treating your partners respectfully, he says to SVT.

SVT's domestic political commentator believes that Pehrson may have a point that the statement comes so close to the Liberals' country days, when he is to be elected as regular party leader.

- Of course, it hits home with the liberals who dislike the Tidö agreement and the cooperation with SD, says Marmorstein.

That the Liberals' party leader calls parts of the Tidö agreement "crap" can be a high stakes, says Marmorstein.

- One or two liberals in the anti-SD phalanx are surely starting to wonder if the collaboration is really that necessary.

But how will it affect the cooperation between the parties?

In the clip above, Elisabeth Marmorstein explains.
