Stoltenberg then refers to the fact that 28 out of 30 member states have already given the green light to Sweden and Finland.

But in the negotiations, Turkey has not yet said yes to Sweden's application and has made a number of demands on Sweden.

Jens Stoltenberg believes that it is necessary for Sweden and Finland to tighten their terror legislation and increase cooperation with NATO, including Turkey, in order to fight terror and terror-labeled organizations such as the PKK.
