The death toll in a fire on Komsomolskaya Square in Moscow has risen to five

“Five people have been confirmed dead,” the source said.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow reported a fire in a two-story building on Komsomolskaya Square.

Three helicopters and a train were involved in extinguishing it.

Three people were previously reported dead.

To date, rescuers have eliminated the open fire in the building.
